Peyote

There are 19 products.

As one of the oldest psychedelic mescaline cacti, peyote has been used for over 5,000 years by natives of northern Mexico and the Southwestern USA. This plump, potent plant still has an audience today, and for some very good reasons. Peyote, or Lophophora williamsii, is perfect for cultivating at home. Whether bought in cutting or seed form, this is a no-fuss cactus that is sure to deliver.

Growing peyote is not a tricky process at all, requiring just the basic care to get the most out of it. Grown in mineral-rich soil, this cactus does not need a lot of hands-on or around-the-clock maintenance. Just a little TLC will go a long way.

The trip peyote provides is legendary, and the mescaline can be ingested through numerous different means. The most popular options are brewing a tea or chewing the raw plant matter. This mescaline-packed plant will provide you with a long-lasting trip (around 6–12 hours, depending on the dose).

As is the case with all psychedelics, peyote should be consumed in a controlled environment. Treated with a little respect, it's easy to embrace the full effects this cactus has to offer.

Then it was demonized and driven underground by the Spanish conquerors in the 16th century. But thanks to the wonders of modern cultivation, you can have one of these sacred Lophophora williamsii in your own home.
