Which Vaporizer Part Do You Actually Need?
Most vaporizers die of neglect rather than old age. A clogged screen, a cracked mouthpiece, a perished O-ring: three small parts, and each one can make a good unit feel broken. Before you go shopping for a whole new vaporizer, work out which bit is actually failing, because the right vaporizer accessories cost a fraction of a new device.
The Bits That Give Out First: Screens, Mouthpieces & Cooling Units
Screens go first. Herb dust packs into the mesh, airflow drops off, and the flavour flattens out. Steel Screens (100 pcs) hold their shape and take a scrub; Brass Screens (100 pcs) are softer, so they're easier to trim to an odd chamber size. Mouthpieces are next in line, glass ones chip when they hit the kitchen floor and plastic ones lose their snug fit. Cooling units fill with resin, which is exactly where the harsh, hot draw comes from. The Vapman Cooling Spiral is stainless steel and drops into a Vapman 2.0 or Click mouthpiece, giving the vapour a longer route so it arrives cool, smooth on the throat and noticeably more flavoured. Watch out for model years: the AirVape XS GO Screen Pack (2020) only fits the 2020 XS GO, so read the model name on the box before you order.

Dosing Capsules: Pack Once, Vape All Evening
Grinding fresh for every bowl gets old fast. Fill a batch of 40 Dosing Capsules (Storz & Bickel) on a Sunday, then drop one in and go. The Magazine with 8 Dosing Capsules keeps them from rolling round your bag, the Dosing Capsule Adapter by S&B and the Volcano Hybrid Dosing Capsule Adapter let a Volcano or Mighty take them, and the Liquid Pad Set covers concentrates. PAX users get the same trick with the BudKups loading capsules. The trade-off: capsules hold a smaller load than a full filling chamber, so heavy sessions still favour the Volcano Hybrid Filling Chamber.
When to Swap a Part, and How to Clean the Rest
With daily use, screens want changing every few weeks, cooling units every couple of months, and O-rings whenever the draw starts feeling loose or wobbly. Alcohol Wipes (100 Pcs) at 70% isopropyl handle mouthpieces and housings without wrecking plastic, and the Alcohol Cleaning Swabs get into the narrow bits. Practical tip: keep one spare screen set and one spare mouthpiece in your carry case from day one. The night your screen finally clogs is never the night the post arrives.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you sell replacement lids and oven covers?
Yes. The Pax Oven Lid and the Pax Half-Pack Oven Lid are both here, the half-pack one being handy for smaller loads. For Arizer there's the XQ2 Glass Heater Cover plus the matching Heater Cover Screen Pack. Check which generation of the vaporizer you own first, since lids from different generations don't swap over.
- My charging cord stopped working. Can I just replace the cable?
Usually yes, and it's the cheapest fix on this page. We stock the Mighty Charger / Power Adapter and a 1m USB cable with both Micro and C ends, which covers most vaporizers that charge over USB. If your vaporizer runs on cells instead, look at the rechargeable 18650 battery or the alkaline AAA, and PAX owners can grab the PAX Charging Tray.
- Which vape pen parts do you stock?
The Storm range is the deepest: Storm Mouthpiece, Storm Glass Mouthpiece, Storm Screens (6 pcs), Storm Resin Capsule and the Storm Steel Concentrate Capsule. Beyond that there are Innokin Jem Pen Coils and the G Pen Elite II Mouthpiece. We don't carry parts for every pen brand out there, so if yours isn't in the list above, it isn't in stock here.
- How often should I replace screens and O-rings?
If you vape daily, plan on a fresh screen every few weeks, or sooner if the draw tightens up and the flavour turns dull. O-rings are a feel thing: once a DynaVap cap or condenser starts sliding loose, fit a VapCap O-Ring Kit. Buying screens in a 100 pack means you stop rationing them, which is the main reason people keep vaping through a clogged one.
