Mélanger dans du coup hum c'est nickel
Très polyvalent
Je l'utilise pour les douleurs musculaires, faisant beaucoup de sport ainsi que pour les nausées ou douleurs gastriques et cela fonctionne très bien sur moi. De plus l'effet est relaxant mentalement et en ce qui concerne l'effet aphrodisiaque cela fonctionne aussi.

Maar ik doe zelf 2 grote eetlepels voor 3 kopjes, uiteraard is dit heel sterk maar niet voor mij. Mijn tolerantie is al erg hoog. Dus dit is de normale dosis. Maar overall ga ik nog eens uitproberen met drank.

At low doses, helps with insomnia. Taste is particular, but in conjunction with other sedative plants as an infusion, it’s bareable. Haven’t noticed any aphrodisiac effects.

J’ai fais infuser le catuaba pendant 2 semaines dans de la vodka. Il y a de l’effet mais j’ignore si c’est grace à l’alcool ou non. Je n’arrive pas vraiment à faire de différence. Mais il est vrai que j’eus été plus sensible au tactile. Il faudrai que j’essaie seulement infuser dans de l’eau.
Mais je vous conseille d’essayer 1 fois de l’infuser dans de l’alcool. Sinon, regarder sur internet. Ils existent de nombreux cocktail à base de catuaba.
