Effets à évaluer sur le long terme
J'ai pris 3 packs, donc deux mois de "traitement". J'en suis à ma quatrième prise en respectant scrupuleusement les indications : 1 prise d'un gramme le matin tous les 3 jours que je prends avec mes autres médocs (Venlafaxine, Théralite, Loxen, Candésartan). Les truffes ont une odeur forte et acide, pas désagréable, mais je ne sens rien en avalant tout rond avec mes céréales...
Pour l'instant, pas d'effets notables mais pas d'interactions ou d'effets secondaires non plus avec mes médicaments. Je pense doubler la dose étant donné mon poids (>90 kg) et ma maladie stabilisée mais prégnante (trouble bipolaire). Je vise une sortie de l'état dans lequel me mettent mes médicaments, à savoir l'absence d'émotions, le blocage de la créativité artistique, le détachement envers le monde environnant.
Si le doublage de la dose ne fonctionne pas, j'envisage une truffe plus dosée en psilocybine, et pourquoi pas une prise non microdosée comme dans ce reportage sur les psychédéliques vu sur Arte. J'aimerai d'ailleurs pouvoir doser la psilocybine mais je ne sais pas si on peut faire ça en laboratoire en France...
Par ailleurs j'en ai parlé en toute transparence à mon psychiatre, qui ne m'a pas donné de contre-indication.

effet léger mais chouette
les effets sont légers (6 microdoses) mais je me suis sentie plus légère, me pose moins de questions, dors mieux, moins anxieuse et plus sociable de manière générale… mais difficile à dire si ce sont les champis où si c’est « juste moi ». je retesterai bientôt :)

Je crois que je cherche un réel effet psychotrope, les micro doses m'ont permis d'expérimenter l'effet en douceur : 1g, 2g puis 3g donc la prochaine fois je commanderai des truffes mexicana et je partirais sur 10-15g
