Mushroom Heat Mat (Infrared)
Just like you magic mushrooms don't like cold feet - at low temperatures they grow at lower rates and the percentage of aborts can increase significantly. Giving them a little extra care in form of a heat mat translates to faster colonization and fruit-body formation. Instead of cranking up the radiator use this handy small heat mat to provide cosy warmth to your brood.
Infrared Mushroom Heat Mat: Keep Your Psilocybin Mushrooms Feeling Fine
Giving your magic mushrooms the right level of care and maintenance is paramount to their performance. One of the key factors is providing enough warmth for them to flourish. Cue the Infrared Mushroom Heat Mat. Measuring 274 × 130mm, this handy device is ideal for keeping a consistent temperature under your shrooms. Using a heat mat serves to speed up colonisation and fruit body formation, so don't run the risk of providing a chilly environment.
Able to reach a temperature of 24°C, the Mushroom Heat Mat comes complete with a European plug with a power input of 230V, 50hz, and 5W. So find a good position for your psilocybin mushrooms, and they'll be fruiting in no time at all.
How to Use the Mushroom Heat Mat
Whether this is your first heat mat or you're replacing an old one, the setup and use of the Mushroom Heat Mat is an incredibly simple affair.
- First, ensure that your grow kit is safely positioned inside its designated grow bag.
- Don't place your grow kit directly onto the mat. Instead, you'll want to create some space for airflow. Using a Grow Kit Heat Guard will provide the right amount of distance between your grow kit and mat.
- Lastly, plug in your Mushroom Heat Mat, and it'll begin to reach the optimal temperature for your mushrooms.
It really is as easy as that. Three steps and you're good to go. Just ensure that your heat mat doesn't get wet, and keep in mind that while the mat will generate plenty of warmth, it won't compensate for a room temperature that's too low (below 18°C). Conversely, if the temperature in the room is already above 22°C, you can completely forego the use of the Mushroom Heat Mat.

MUSHROOM HEAT MAT (INFRARED)
Is very good, it gives the necessary temperature just around the kit, without warming other things near by.
No negative side, all just good
Awesome little heat Matt.
Does the job and is safe as houses.
fait le job
Et résistant
Not for U.K. growers.
It doesn’t state on the product description nor in photos that this has a European 2 prong plug but it does. I’m in the UK so I bought an adaptor so I could still use it but it still didn’t work.
It heats up to a very low temperature and only works in certain positions (e.g. on the floor below the outlet). I don’t know whether I got a faulty one or whether the plug is too poor a quality to work with the adaptor but as a UK grower, I wouldn’t risk it. Buy one off Amazon instead.
Macht was es soll!!
Konstante gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung! Sehr zu empfehlen
simple and safe
The energy consumption of 5w is okay.
Tapis chauffant impeccable
Je l'ai mis sous mon substrat et il fait le job, je pense personnellement que c'est un objet qu'il faut avoir pour rester à 23°
Très utile en hiver, parfait pour un grow kit
how long is the extension cable ?
Hi Django, Thanks for your question. The cable has a length of 140cm
Bonjour J'aimerais savoir combien de "W" le Tapis chauffant consomme. Merci
