    Ses graines mon defenestrer l'esprit 10 grm moulue puis ajouter dans un verre avec une demi gousse d'ail remuer pendant 15 min et buvez avec ou sans les restes pour ceux sont l'estomac fragile bref tester par vous même j'étais très loin et j'arriverai même plus à dire correctement la phrase que je m'imaginez ça m'a beaucoup fait rire sinon perso la monter assez stressante et la redescente en douceur duré total 5 h pour ma part énorme chiasse le lendemain part contre lol ça c'était peut être le tacos jsp 🤣

    Extraction à froid
    Avec une extraction à froid (https://www.reddit.com/r/LSA/comments/4wlqe4/things_to_know_about_lsa/) faite avec 20g de graines l'effet est assez intense. 1h pour la montée, 5-6h intense, puis 4-5h de descente. J'ai surtout apprécié la musique. Quelques effets visuels légers. Homme, 99,9kg, 2*31 ans.
