Cela fait maintenant 8 jours de fermentation avec ce "Sucre" cela va, j'espère... pour le coût entre autres.
Cela a été relativement compliqué de dissoudre 1kg dans 2l d'eau.. cela fait des grumeaux qui durcissent si on chauffe un peu plus..
La fermentation, lors de mon dernier brassage avec le même kit mais du sucre tout simple à 1e le kg dans le magasin du coin, avait duré 6 jours.. là j'en suis à 10 jours et c'est très loin d'être prêt..
Au niveau du co2 qui s'échappe, c'est BEAUCOUP moins important...
Je n'en achèterai PLUS JAMAIS..

J'ai utilisé l'ameliorateur avec de la wheat triple et c'est vrai les arôme sont complètement différents, petit B mol la date de péremption j'avais 2j pour l'utiliser..
