Inoculation réussie!
Seringue de spore de qualité, j’ai inoculé avec 3 cultures liquide « vitaminée » à 4% de jus d’orange.
Il y a eu un important développement dans chaque pots avec lesquelles j’ai ensuite colonisé des kits de culture fait maison! 3/7 ont pris avec un développement rapide du mycellium puis un ralentissement de la propagation (va falloir que je revoie ma recette de pain de seigle)
