How to Use & Dose Magic Truffles

The Epic Truffle Trio contains fresh magic truffles that can be eaten straight from the packet or brewed into tea or lemon tek.

Dosing magic truffles depends on your body weight, your sensitivity to psilocybin, and the kind of experience you desire—there's no one-size-fits-all approach for dosing psychedelics.

Generally speaking, however, 5–7.5 g of fresh truffles is considered a light-to-moderate dose. If you're taking psilocybin truffles for the first time, consider taking an even lower dose (roughly 3 g) to gauge their effects and your sensitivity. You can always increase your dose later or in a following session if needed.
