Is it advisable to freeze truffles when they just arrive already fresh so that they last longer? How long can they be kept in the freezer in good condition?
Hi Candi, Please never freeze fresh truffles; they will lose all their potency. Keep them in the fridge for 2 months top. If you want to store them longer than 2 months, we advise drying them.
