The kit comes with everything that you need. It includes a layer of perlite to ensure optimal drainage and water retention, plus a fully-colonised rye cake with vermiculite as the casing layer. Incredible Journey
I'm fairly new to shrooms. I've tried a weaker strain from Zamnesia and thought I'd give these a go. In terms of flushes, I got I think two (maybe 3) solid flushes with a total of about 50g dried (I'm reviewing this some time after purchasing so I can't remember).
Decided to attempt a 5g dose which is a lot for me, and went to another dimension. Honestly, absolutely brilliant!
