It is similar in appearance to the San Pedro cactus but with fewer and wider ribs. In its natural growing habitat in the hot and humid climate of Bolivia, the Bolivian Torch can at times reach a height of 4.5 meters. With our fresh seeds you can now grow this sacred cactus easily at home. Once sprouted, the cactus needs very little water and only then when the soil has dried out.
Growing the Bolivian Torch from seed to flower isn’t too difficult if you just keep an eye on some cactus growing basics. For an optimal germination rate you should keep the growing environment moist but well ventilated. With commonly available cactus potting and soil mixes which you can get at any gardening store you will get good results.
The Bolivian Torch will grow into a green, columnar cactus with fragrant white flowers.

Niks mis met de zaadjes
Ik heb zowel de lageniformis en macrogona besteld. In een van de potjes had ik zelfs een 100% ontkieming van alle zaajdes. Topproduct, duidelijk verse zaadjes. Beetje jammer dat het nog even duurt voor ik ook kan oordelen of ze een beetje lekker smaken, maar dat komt nog!
