How to Store the Magic Bar
Keep your Magic Bar in the freezer in its original unopened packaging. It stays fresh and potent for up to 6 months. Avoid storing it in the fridge, as the mycelium can expand and damage the packaging. If needed, it can stay in the fridge for up to 3 days. Once thawed, do not leave it at room temperature for more than 30 minutes. The bar can be thawed and refrozen without losing quality.
