Scott's OG (Rare Dankness)

These flowers get so swollen the novice will panic and want to harvest at day 50. Be patient! By day 65 or 70 there will be classic examples of how mature indica flowers should look. Tight, resinous, fragrant.

Rare Dankness - Scott's OG: Uncompromising Indica Genetics

When looking at a trichome thronged close-up macro lens shot of Scott's OG. Even the initiated eye would probably perceive sea anemones. The trilateral symmetry of the thickly clustered glandular stalks on the calyxes look more cryptozoological than plant. Zooming out, the swollen resin sacks blur into a glistening frosting on bloated cannabis indica flowers.

Hints of sativa keep the leaves more elongated than some indicas, but the bud compactness is indica 100%. Hugging the stout trunks and branches tightly the swollen flowers twist leaves out of shape. The darker bud material highlights the translucent resins as the flowers mature into deep greens and dark sages. Depending on the light pistils seem unsure whether they are ultra maroon or bright orange.

The plants develop aromas early and there are hints of the flavours to come even in the smell of the vegetating leaves. Short, compact and fast flowering. These are typical traits of the kush style of indica. The harvest time of Scott's OG arrives in a reasonable 65 days. The sativa component is again noticeable in the lemon tones brought to the blueberry pie and subtle flower smells of the dominant kush family line.

Scott's OG is tough and a pleasure to grow. Indoors rapid early growth brings flower times closer. Branches are stacked very close together during vegetation then fill out madly during blooming. Outdoors a well-mainlined plant will be a head height sphere by summers end. By mid autumn branches will be heavy with fist-sized clusters of flowers. Indica-dominant, heavy yielding and potent ticks all the boxes for medical or indica fans.

The novice grower will have no problems with this tough little phenotype. The novice toker should be careful. This strain is powerful. You have been warned! The master grower will be able to massage world record type resin development from clusters of gnarly buds. The long time toker will be impressed by the heavy mental buzz and length of effect.
