Bien que je sois très satisfaite des produits et du SAV, je suis extrêmement déçue du nouveau packaging marketing qui combine plastique, alluminium et carton, le casse-tête du recyclage que personne ne va faire. Je trouve fort dommage de proposer des trésors de la nature pour ensuite la polluer sans scrupules. En plus de leur empreinte carbone, ces nouveaux emballages prennent plus de place dans le frigo. Quel intéret ?? Je suis sidérée par cette absence de conscience, de respect et de considération du vivant. On passe du bon temps et on s'en fout de ce qu'on laisse aux suivants... C'est effrayant

Is it advisable to freeze truffles when they just arrive already fresh so that they last longer? How long can they be kept in the freezer in good condition?
Hi Candi, Please never freeze fresh truffles; they will lose all their potency. Keep them in the fridge for 2 months top. If you want to store them longer than 2 months, we advise drying them.
