Damiana (Binomial name Turnera diffusa) is a member of the the family Passifloraceae native to southwestern Texas, Central America, Mexico, South America and the Caribbean. Traditionally the leaves of this small shrub have been made into a concoction and were used as incense material. Damiana is used primarily as a tonic and an aphrodisiac, but historically it also has been used to relieve anxiety, nervousness, mild depression, improve digestion and to treat constipation (in larger doses it has a mild laxative effect). Damiana increases the sex drive of both genders and is often used to restore the ability to reach sexual climax.
Dosage
Dash 0.5-1 gram with hot water and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Drink this concoction 30-60 minutes prior to the desired effect - it is most effective when taken on an empty stomach.

Le goût est sympa. J'attends encore les effets.
Vraiment, le goût est très fleuri.
Par contre, les effets aphrodisiaques, euh, bah non en fait... :D
Peut-être un peu moins de stress, mais comme je l'ai consommé en conjugaison avec du kanna, pas sûr que l'effet provienne du damiana.
À tester seul.
