da ich den geschmack der rohen trüffel nicht vertrage, habe ich mir einen trüffel-zitronen-tee im blender zubereitet (5g). erlaubte mir über stunden einen schönen sanften trip. visuell nichts spektakuläres, aber alles schien intensiver: farben und töne. ich schien mich beim tanz mit anderen zu verbinden und ich erlebte eine friedliche und allumfassende atmosphäre (viel friedlicher als die reale augenblickliche stimmung zwischen den menschen)

Habe die Trüffel bei Lieferung sofort getrocknet und fein gemahlen eingefroren.
Gestern 5,5 g getrocknete Trüffel in einem rituellem Kakao eingenommen. Ich hatte eine sehr sanfte und zugleich tiefe Erfahrung. Ich nahm das kollektive Bewusstsein wahr und bekam die Info, dass meine Intention der Traumaarbeit "egal" ist. Ich soll einfach nur vertrauen...(extreme Zusammenfassung meiner Erfahrung )
