Je ne l'ai pas encore utilisé. Avec les informations que j'ai lu, regardé et écouté en vidéo, étant encore un novice, je consommerait ces feuilles une fois que j'aurais au minimum 1 personne totalement sobre auprès de moi qui me servira de garde fou au cas ou l'expérience serait désastreuse. Sinon j'ai reçu le sachet zippé avec la bonne quantité et les feuilles séchées sont de bonne qualité.
