Rispetto a un grinder classico è più scomodo da usare, gira più difficilmente e togliere il materiale è un po' laborioso. C'è anche da considerare che solitamente il materiale è molto duro e il grinder li trita bene. Consiglio di mettere i tartufi a pezzi e non interi, per facilitare il tutto
