5htp hatte eine bessere Wirkung auf mich persönlich. Das heißt nicht das es schlecht war aber halt schwächer. Ansonsten alles tiptop gewesen und auch mit diesem Produkt kann man viel erreichen ohne sich unnötig mit anderen Medikamenten abknallt.
