Silent Seeds - Cookielato: An Excellent Cookies Strain for Any Garden

Cookielato is an indica-dominant strain bred by the folks at Silent Seeds. Drawing from Gelato #41 and Do-Si-Dos genetics, this powerful hybrid takes just 55–65 days of flowering to reach maturity, at which point she'll reward you with top-shelf, dispensary-grade weed. Combine her easy grow traits, delicious aroma, and excellent potency (17–20% THC), and you've got a great strain that deserves a place in any cannabis grow room or garden.

Most strains by Silent Seeds tend to grow relatively tall, and Cookielato is no different; outdoors, she can easily reach 300cm. But don't let that scare you; if you're an indoor grower, you can still get great results growing Cookielato by simply reducing her veg time to 3 weeks and using a combination of LST, defoliation, super cropping, and trimming to manage her vigorous growth. Once you flip her to bloom, Cookielato will stretch considerably and, after 55–65 days, plants will be loaded with big, mouth-watering buds. If you're an outdoor grower, on the other hand, we recommend taking advantage of Cookielato's massive height and growing her in big pots or directly in the ground. Do this and you'll be rewarded with yields of up to 800g per plant. Indoor yields, on the other hand, tend to clock in between 500–550g/m².

When it's finally time to taste-test, Cookielato definitely won't disappoint; expect a sweet, cookie flavour with subtle fruit undertones and floral hints. Her aroma is just as delicious, with notes of freshly baked cookies, vanilla, and hints of spice. Her effects, meanwhile, are well-balanced, delivering an immediate burst of energy followed by a mild physical relaxation, making Cookielato a great daytime smoke and perfect for sharing with friends at parties.
