The history of chamomile reaches back to ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome. The "chamomile" stems from the Greek term "chamaimēlon", which translates to "earth-apple", attributable to the apple-like scent the plant gives off.
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) is a daisy-like plant of the Asteraceae family that was used in ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome. During the Middle Ages it was a popular household remedy for numerous ailments, including asthma, coughs and sneezes, colic, fever, inflammations, nausea, nervousness, sleeplessness, children's ailments and skin diseases. In traditional folk medicine, chamomile has been used for centuries in teas as a mild, relaxing sleep aid.
Today, there is a growing trend of enjoying the flavours and effects of these old household remedies by using a vaporizer.

Please Note: Vapeherbs are not for smoking. They are for vaporizing, and many produce a vapour that is hard to see – but is knowable by its flavour and aroma. Vapeherbs are not used for their visible vapour, but for enjoying their flavour and vapour content. They are not a tobacco or cannabis substitute and should not be used as such.
