Lieferung kam schnell und zuverlässig.
Ich habe das Traumkraut dann in steigenden Dosierungen (0.5 g, 0.75 g, 1 g) vor dem Schlafengehen genommen und konnte keine Wirkung bemerken. Ich kann mich von Haus aus an viele meiner Träume erinnern, insofern hat sich durch die Einnahme des Schlafkrauts nicht geändert. Zum Vergleich habe ich auch Schlafkrautextrakt eines anderen Anbieters getestet (Konzentrat 100-fach) und auch hier keine Wirkung wahrgenommen.
Vielleicht bin ich ja immun dagegen, daher trotzdem 4 Sterne.

I used this 0,5-0,7g in hot water when going to sleep. I take with 25mg ketiapine pill for help to fall sleep. I think its same graphics than usual sleep but some different build ups.
