I dissolved 0.25g in water, let the bubbles all pop (as they cause nausea apparently) and drank before bed and experienced an incredibly lucid dream where i walked around a room and was super conscious of being in a dream and had total control of my movements. I then moved the dose to 0.5g and repeated for 7 days. During use and up to a week after i felt an increased level of lucidity when asleep. Managing with ease to be exploring the themes of my regular dreams. I would suggest practicing lucid dreaming first so that you know what tells to look for i.e clock faces, numbers, as the dream world can be quite stubborn to exist in.

Da ich sowieso sehr intensiv träume und mich auch gut am nächsten Morgen erinnere, konnte ich leider keine Wirkung feststellen. Habe aber auch keine negativen Erfahrungen damit gemacht.

Bijna psychedelisch
Gisteren voor het eerst genomen, dosering ingeschat op een halve gram, misschien iets meer.
Misschien moet ik erbij vermelden dat ik eerst in slaap gevallen was, na een uurtje wakker werd en toen het extract heb genomen, gewoon op een lepeltje en weggespoeld met een slokje water.
Terug in bed, half uurtje nodig om in slaap te vallen, hypnagogische visuals, kon er niet echt betekenis aan geven maar prachtig!
Ik werd wel regelmatig wakker tussendoor, maar viel dan snel weer in slaap onder het genot van visuals. Levendig gedroomd, leuk spul! Meer effect dan ik dacht.
Ik moet wel zeggen dat mijn hypnagogische staat meestal vrij levendig is, maar dit extract maakte wel verschil.

Ehrlich gesagt habe ich es bisher nur einmal genommen, aber ich habe keine Veränderung gespürt. Leider glaube ich, dass ich es ein paar Mal nehmen muss, bis sich mein Körper an dieses Kraut gewöhnt hat.
