Gut verträglich
Da ich einen recht empfindlichen Magen habe, habe ich etwas dran gezweifelt ob das gut wird, ging aber ohne Probleme. Vor der Mahlzeit eingenommen versteht sich. Eine extreme Wirkung konnte ich nicht feststellen, habe es bisher aber auch nur eine Woche genommen.
Funktioniert
Das Supplement funktioniert wie beschrieben. Bereits nach ein paar Tagen war ich entspannter und konnte mich besser konzentrieren. Keine Nebenwirkungen bis jetzt

Doet wat het moet. De effecten zijn duidelijk merkbaar na een paar dagen gebruik. Ben veel minder gestrest ook al is er niks veranderd in men leven of op het werk. Voor het gebruik was men emmer stres goed aan het vol lopen maar voel me nu pakket beter en rustiger. Ik ben fan van Ashwagandha
