Man muss es länger nehmen und Geduld haben, für mich als psychisch-stabile Person mit ausreichendem Schlaf war der Effekt jetzt nicht so groß.

Doet wat het moet. De effecten zijn duidelijk merkbaar na een paar dagen gebruik. Ben veel minder gestrest ook al is er niks veranderd in men leven of op het werk. Voor het gebruik was men emmer stres goed aan het vol lopen maar voel me nu pakket beter en rustiger. Ik ben fan van Ashwagandha
