Really great and informative book.
I love to read but being neurodivergent I find it hard to concentrate or take in information. This book is so informative and although it speaks about scientific factors and factual information, it’s also easy to follow and keeps me engaged. There’s also handy links in the book throughout so you can watch videos on certain topics discussed in the book.
Everything you need to know about mushrooms and taking them. So much information.
