Bonne qualité, rien à redire. Pour info, personnellement je prends entre 4 et 7 grammes / dose. L'effet dure plusieurs heures (selon tolérance 4-6heures, parfois un jour quand on est pas habitué mais ce sont des effets résiduels, comme un meilleur mood par exemple). Le kratom a vraiment des effets différents selon dosage et personnalité et variété, donc il faut tester. Petite remarque quand même, le gout est ignoble, vraiment. Petit conseil, mélangé à un jus de fruit ou une boisson non pétillante, ça passe mieux.

The taste is very bitter. I tried difrent methods and the best what works for me. Just mix it with warm water, not hot, add full tea spoon of honey, mix it and ad some milk. 250ml cup, so 1/3 watter and the rest milk.
