Khat - Grow The Excitement Inducing Plant From The Arabian Peninsula
Khat, alias the Flower of Paradise is widely popular all across the Arabian Peninsula and in some parts of Africa. It is said that chewing Khat causes an uplifting euphoria which may well explain its popularity.
Some have in the past stated that it is difficult to grow Khat from seed but we tend to disagree. If you just know what to look for you can grow Khat at home without any hassles. You can plant the seeds in cactus soil mix, vermiculite, perlite or a mix of these as long as the potting mix is well-draining. This is important since Khat seedlings are rather sensitive to fungus which could hamper your growing success. The Khat plants love a warm and sunny place but don’t put them in direct sunlight.
Watering Khat isn’t too difficult either; just make sure you water only once the soil has dried out. You can expect your Khat seeds to sprout within a week. Once your Khat seedlings reached a height of 5-10cm you can repot them. A mix of compost and perlite is recommended for best results.

J'ai commandé 3 paquets de graines. Je n'y connais rien aux plantes donc j'ai fait des tests dans plusieurs petits pots et coupelles ( 3 par pots).
Mes essais ont été les suivants :
Dans du coton
Dans du terreau
Dans de la permiculite
J'en ai laissé sur ma table, près d'une fenêtre et d'autres près de mon chauffage.
Au bout d'une semaine, rien, 2 semaines, toujours rien, 3 semaines, toujours rien (planté en décembre aussi...)
A la 4eme semaine, celles qui étaient sur ma table ont commencé à faire des petites pousses très fragiles.
Aujourd'hui, je commence à avoir de jolies petites feuilles.
Au final, j'ai réussi à en avoir 3/30 (presque 4)
Il faut beaucoup de patience, beaucoup, beaucoup de patience, de chaleur, et de soleil (en prime, de l'amour).
Voilà mon "avis" après 6 mois.

Pour ma part achat de pavot, catha ainsi que éphédra.
Pavot = parfait
Catha et éphédra = 1 graine de chaque aucune germe retester dans peu de temps.
En tout cas parfaite livraison

No chance for me to even germinate 1 seed.

What should I do, they don't germinate. Seeds looking very good, top germinate konditions but it happens nothing.

Heb er maar 2.de eerste maanden groeien ze traag maar sinds ik ze nu bio voeding geef gaan ze gelijk een raket ;) mooie blinkende bladeren en vertakingen.
