Ich hatte das Gefühl, man kann ruhig nachlegen. Auch für mich beginner waren 10 - 15g voll ok.
Vielleicht sollte man schneller nachlegen als ich. Ich hatte das Gefühl sonst verfliegt die Wirkung.
