Permanent Marker präsentiert sich im Indoor‑Hydro‑Setup als äußerst stabile und gut kontrollierbare Sorte. In einem vollständigen Spyder‑Farmer‑Setup mit G3000 LED verläuft der Anbau zuverlässig, sofern die Basisparameter eingehalten werden. Bewährt haben sich ein pH‑Wert von 5,7–6,2 sowie ein EC von maximal 2,2. Der Ertrag liegt bei etwa 100–120 g pro Pflanze und fällt damit für diese Genetik solide aus.
Die Wirkung beginnt zurückhaltend, baut sich anschließend jedoch deutlich auf. Zunächst entwickelt sich eine fokussierende Kopfwirkung, die sich gut für Gaming, Fernsehen oder entspanntes Abschalten eignet. Im weiteren Verlauf geht das High in eine spürbare Müdigkeit mit tiefer körperlicher Entspannung über. Mit einer Wirkdauer von bis zu zwei Stunden empfiehlt sich Permanent Marker klar für den Abend.
