Organic Tapioca Starch: A Popular Kitchen Staple

Organic tapioca starch is made from the cassava root, a plant that has its origins in South America. The production process is completely streamlined and allows for a final product that's free from additives and suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets. After the root is washed and crushed, its particles are isolated and then starch is separated from water by a vacuum filter. After drying, this natural, organic product is ready to be packaged.
