Happy Valley Genetics Seeds: Bred With ETHOS Genetics

People land on this shelf for one of two reasons. Either they know the ETHOS side of the pedigree and want in, or they saw the 34% THC figure on Pineapple Diesel Autoflower and got curious. Both are fair starting points. The line has 13 releases, all feminized, split between autos that run 10 to 12 weeks and photoperiods that finish flowering in about 9, which is a faster turnaround than a lot of the Haze-heavy stuff on the rest of our cannabis seeds shelves.

Happy Valley Genetics is a collaboration between Happy Valley, founded by Michael Reardon and trading as HVV Genetics, LLC, and ETHOS Genetics, the Colorado breeder set up by Colin Gordon. The partnership is the brand, not a marketing footnote. ETHOS packs go in, the Happy Valley crew hunt through them, and only the keepers get a name and a release. Candy Games 25 came out of an 80-seed hunt to find the Candy Store #25 pheno they wanted, and Another Level traces back to a GMO Zkittlez cut the crew selected themselves. End Game #3 turns up in Game Over, Sweet 16, Knockout, Candy Games 38 and Candy Games 25, so if one of those suits you, the others will feel related.

On awards, we'd rather be exact than flattering. The collaboration claims two High Times Cannabis Cup first places, Best Sativa Flower with Super Lemon Haze and Best Hybrid Flower with White Wedding, and both were won with grown flower from their own pheno hunts of ETHOS packs, not with any seed sold here. The autoflowering side covers Oh My Thai (Purple Thai x Pineapple Runtz, Thai landrace in the background, 10 weeks, and the jar smells like candied fruit over damp soil), Pineapple Diesel (Lilac Diesel x Pineapple Runtz, up to 34% THC and up to 730 g/m2 in 12 weeks), Everglades OG (a ChemD I95 Chemdawg cut crossed with Pineapple Runtz), plus Pineapple Daddy, Easy Button and Shortcut. Watch the calendar on Pineapple Diesel: 12 weeks is long for an auto, so it's the wrong pick if you need the tent free by a fixed date.

The photoperiods all flower in around 9 weeks indoors and come in around October outdoors. Game Over (up to 27% THC, up to 650 g/m2) leans on terpinolene, limonene and caryophyllene for a lemony fruit punch with spice behind it. Sweet 16 (up to 26%, up to 700 g/m2) runs limonene, myrcene and caryophyllene, fruity and floral over fresh pine. Overtime (28%, up to 700 g/m2) opens on orange peel before the tropical fruit fills in. Knockout (up to 27%, up to 620 g/m2) is zingy citrus, pine and a Fun Dip sweetness. Candy Games 38 (up to 32%, over 750 g/m2) is the cotton candy one, Candy Games 25 (26%, up to 700 g/m2) puts gas next to the sweets, and Another Level leads with limonene, caryophyllene and humulene.

Headroom, Water, and How Many Seeds to Get

Height is the recurring theme. Oh My Thai stretches like her Thai ancestors and throws towering colas, Overtime runs tall, and Candy Games 38 gets tall and drinks a lot, so keep the watering can busy. Overtime at least leaves generous gaps between nodes, which makes defoliation and light training quick rather than fiddly. Bud structure is long and dense across most of the line, so trimming goes faster than the yield numbers suggest.
