Drying your herbs properly is essential to preserving their flavours and aromas as well as maximising their shelf life. And with the Zamnesia Herb Drying Rack, the process couldn't be simpler. Just hang your rack in a cool, dry, and dark place; fill its shelves with your harvested herbs, and wait. By keeping your herbs suspended in mid-air, the Zamnesia Herb Drying Rack maximises airflow all around, allowing them to dry gently and evenly. Within weeks, you'll be left with delicious, aromatic herbs that are ready for curing.
How to Use the Zamnesia Herb Drying Rack
- Unpack your rack. Be careful—its springs open quickly, much like those of a pop-up tent.
- Hang your drying rack in a cool, dark, and dry place. The inside of a grow tent or large cupboard works well.
- Place your herbs on the shelves of your rack, making sure they do not touch or overlap.
- Let the herbs dry for 1–2 weeks, checking on them regularly. Ideally, keep a fan running in your drying room for extra airflow.
- Once finished, remove your herbs and shake your drying rack to remove any leaves or other plant matter.
- Collapse the rack down into a circular shape. Place one hand on either side of the rack, fold it, and place it in its carry bag.
Each layer of the drying rack can hold roughly 150 g of dry herbs.

Kräutertrockner Zamnesia
Hab mich erschrocken wie klein das Ding eingepackt ist! Ich dachte nur, scheisse ist das Netzt nur 27cm im Durchmesser?! NEIN, ist es nicht! Das Netzt steckt in einer kleinen Tasche von Zamnesia und ist mit 2 Gummibänder zusammen gebunden, gesichert, irgendwie sowas... (so dicke schwarze Bänder, nicht diese dünnen Roten Gummibänder, die nix können ausser Geld zusammen halten... Ich weiss nicht wie die Bänder richtig heissen!) Egal! Die schwarzen Bänder abgenommen und schon klappt sich das Netz mit schwung auf und hat nen Durchmesser von etwas mehr als 60cm. Den Haken und die 2 Gummibänder kombiniert und schon kann man das Netz ganz einfach aufhängen.
