Blue Lotus Extract - Even the pharaohs in ancient Egypt already used it
Blue Lotus aka Blue Lily (Binomial name Nymphaea caerulea) is a real eye-catcher. This beautiful plant looks back on a history of use dating back to the era of the pharaohs. Even back in those days it was used as an aphrodisiac, relaxant and mild psychedelic. Moreover, it must have played a central part in religion and culture, for depictions of it have been found in the tomb of Tutankhamun. These depictions are often found along those of bottles of wine, so it it not far to seek that the Egyptians consumed Blue Lily in wine - its aphrodisiac and euphoric prowess certainly go well with alcohol.
Today Blue Lily is available as extracts for use in teas or aromatherapy and as tinctures for direct ingestion.
This extract of the Blue Lily is 50x stronger than dried Blue Lotus leafs and contains a high concentration of aporphine and nuciferine.
