What Is Chemdawg?

Chemdawg is the strain behind half the menu at any modern dispensary. It smells like an open fuel can wrapped in citrus peel, hits hard, and passed those traits to its famous children, Sour Diesel and OG Kush. Spell it Chemdawg or Chemdog, it is the same plant; even the breeder never settled the spelling.

Genetics and Origin: the 1991 Grateful Dead Story

The lore: at a 1991 Grateful Dead show in Deer Creek, Indiana, a grower known as Chemdog (Greg Krzanowski) bought an ounce so good he tracked down seeds from the same batch. The keepers became Chem 91, Chem D and Chem 4, elite clones that breeders have chased ever since. Honest note before you order: the original Chem 91 clone-only cut is not something seeds can deliver, so everything here is a descendant or cross that recreates the profile.
