Raw Cannabis Fruit Roll-Ups

These are all-natural, and easy to make using a blender and an oven or food dehydrator.

They're vegan, gluten, dairy & sugar free - not to mention that strawberries contain high levels of vitamin C and anti-inflammatory anthocyanins. Cinnamon is also a source of manganese, calcium and iron, and research has shown that consuming raw cannabis might provide even more healing benefits than using decarboxylated buds. Another organic, sweet, healthy treat that you don't have to feel guilty about eating!


2 cups organic strawberries (you can use a blend of other fruits, too. Berries and bananas work well)
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ cup ground organic cannabis, stems removed

Use decarboxylated buds to make your roll-ups psychoactive.


1. Blend the fruit until smooth. Add the cinnamon and cannabis, and process it further until you have an even consistency.

2. Spread your mixture out onto a sheet of greaseproof paper.

3. Place the sheet into your food dehydrator at 40°C for 8-10 hours, or until the fruit is dry. If using an oven, transfer the greaseproof paper onto a baking sheet and use the oven's lowest setting. The time will vary based on the strength of your oven.

4. Once the sheet is cool, cut it into strips with a sharp knife and roll them up!

Keep your fruit roll-ups refrigerated, in a sealed container. They're great for breakfast, lunchboxes, hikes, and days out. You can experiment with different blends of fruit for different flavours. Berries work well, as do bananas and apples. Enjoy!
