How To Make Cannabis-Infused Chocolate Strawberries

Medium sized bowl
Medium sized pot
Non metal scraper or spoon
Plate covered in baking paper
12 large firm strawberries with some stalk still intact
1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips, dark or milk is your choice
2 tablespoons of cannabis coconut oil
Makes 12 pieces, approx 2mg THC per piece.
1. Bring water to boil and turn down very low to a simmer
2. Place all of the ingredients in the bowl and roughly mix together.
Place bowl over gently bubbling water in pot. Turn chocolate, holding the edge of the bowl with the tea towel so you don't burn your fingers. The chocolate will slowly melt and blend together with the oil.
3. Let stand until thickened.
Dip strawberries up to their middle in the chocolate and place on baking paper covered plate.
4. Put in the refrigerator until hardened.
This chocolate sauce can be used for other enticing things.
Keep melting until very runny and drizzle on icecream !
Slowly add to 4 cups of gently warming milk in a saucepan on a stovetop for a decadent chocolate nightcap.
