While we still have a ways to go before summer is well and truly upon us, why wait to experience bright and sunny vibes? This month, we invite you to episode 3 of the Zamnesia Seeds Show: Club Tropicana. This selection of seeds is bursting with fruity flavours that will make you think you've just picked up an icy cocktail while kicking back in an exotic paradise. Sound good? Let's get you acquainted.

Welcome to the Club: The strains

We've alluded to what's in store strain-wise this month, but allow us to take you through exactly what you're getting into. From feminized photoperiod cultivars to easygoing autoflowers, there's something for everyone this month—but they all share one thing in common: their flavours, aromas, and effects are enough to brighten anyone's day.

Tropicana Cookies

Tropicana Cookies

Kicking off this month's list is Tropicana Cookies. Born from a combination of Girl Scout Cookies and Tangie, this strain is teeming with terpenes and some sizeable THC levels. Tropicana Cookies can reach heights of around 180cm if left to flourish without interference, and will deliver hefty harvests of up to 500g/m² and 700g/plant indoors and outdoors, respectively. All it takes is 7–8 weeks indoors (late-September harvest outdoors) to get your hands on these glittering buds. With THC levels of 22%, Tropicana Cookies is pretty potent and will hit users with an uplifting buzz that tapers off into a soothing body stone. Flavour-wise, this strain delivers a gloriously sweet and zingy smack of tropical fruit that will transport you to island paradise.

Forbidden Fruit

Forbidden Fruit

It's time to give in to temptation with the second strain on our list. Forbidden Fruit is a truly irresistible treat. This strain was formed from the union of Cherry Pie and Tangie, delivering a mouth-watering tropical flavour explosion. But we're getting ahead of ourselves here. First, you'll need to cultivate this showstopper of a strain. Reaching a peak height of 120cm indoors, Forbidden Fruit can easily be grown in tighter growing spaces while delivering up to 500g/m² of bud after 8–9 weeks. Outdoor cultivation tells a similar story, with plants stretching slightly taller to 160cm and yielding an impressive 800g/plant in October. Overall, this is one low-maintenance, high-reward cultivar. The resulting buds are bursting with tropical flavours and complementary sweet and sour notes. After just one or two hits, a strong, soothing high envelopes the mind and body, ensuring peace when you need it most.

Reaching average heights of around 120cm and taking 8–9 weeks to flower, this is one low-maintenance strain that doesn't need much human intervention. However, those looking to flex training methods will find a cooperative partner in Tangerine Dream. Once ready, Tangerine Dream returns up to 600g/m² indoors, while outdoor plants can yield up to 900g each. Not only dazzling in the grow-op, Tangerine Dream is set to blow minds with her sweet citrus flavours.
