Some of my items were out of stock and that was sorted by giving a voucher for my next shop. That was fine but the issue was a little slow to be flagged, nothing I got too upset by, but that would really be my only criticism of the whole process. The item was delivered in excellent condition, and so far, it is growing as described in the instructions.
