Brew three tablespoons of damiana powder in half a litre (a pint) of water to make a simple but effective infusion.

Personnellement, je n'aime pas car le goût de poivre est trop fort pour moi. Cependant, cette herbe possède un goût très prononcé alors si vous aimez le poivre il ne faut pas hésiter!

Amatrice de tisane, j'aime bien l'odeur et le goût, j'en ai aussi fumé en mélange avec mes feuilles séchés (cassis, framboisier, tilleul, ortie, figuier) Cependant aucun effet aphrodisiaque sur moi ni autre effet.
