Perfect start!
If you are just dipping your ties into to Micro dosing then this is where to start!
Very well written and easy to use
This book takes you by the hand, all the way from history to practice. Very cool and informative book! Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to dip their toes into the micro-dosing world.
Comprehensive book about microdosing
Well written book about the history, the studies and the use of microdosing. A lot of information is given, even the writer's own personal story. Studies are also being mentioned and the different chapters make it easy to navigate the book. There's a whole section about the use of microdosing in combination with pharmaceuticals (dangers and be awares etc).
A big part of the book is also a workbook, with plenty of questions and subjects you might want to pay attention to, before and after microdosing and the days in between. there's space to write down your findings so you can look back on it and see what you might have noticed happening.
All in all a nice book if you have never done microdosing before and feel like you need to read more about it before jumping into it.
