Très bonne infusion, j'en donne même aux enfants. Par contre, pour un effet quelconque sur les rêves, il faudra repasser.

Plante enseignante
J'ai choisi cette plante sans savoir de quoi il s'agissait et surtout pour compléter ma commande de truffes. Après la première prise du soir (sans avoir pris autre chose) : un rêve lucide incroyable où un enfant me chantait une chanson qui me faisait pleurer. Dans le rêve, je me disais qu'il fallait absolument que je me réveille pour retenir cet air magnifique. Le lendemain, je me renseigne sur cette plante, et je découvre la fameuse Bobinsana, plante enseignante, qui ouvre le coeur et enseigne des chansons à travers les rêves. Franchement, cette plante et moi, ça a matché, et je la garde pendant plusieurs mois car il est évident qu'elle a navigué en moi et a quelque chose à m'apprendre. Une magnifique surprise. En prenant du bobinsana en infusion le soir avant de me coucher de manière régulière sur l'estomas vide j'ai commencé à ressentir de l'amour pour mon entourage.

Plain tea
I was setting some expectations about Bonbinsana for a while. But I couldn’t feel anything new or different, in fact it has the opposite effect (too stimulating to drink before going to bed). Maybe I misunderstood the purpose. I hope I can enjoy the other options. Thank you!

Sehr lecker und angenehme, natürliche Wirkung
Die beste Wirkung hatte ich als ich 5g Blätter im Topf 15 Minuten mit ca. 500 ml Wasser köcheln ließ. Ich war den ganzen Tag super gut gelaunt. Geschmacklich ist der Tee auch echt angenehm.

Deep relaxation
My first time trying Bobinsana I immediately felt very sleepy very quickly which made me realize that I should not drink it before I drive. I live in nature and could hear the birds chirping more intensely than usual. Sounds were felt deeper and the movement of the birds seemed to be in slow motion. I fell asleep on the hammock and had many afternoon dreams. I may have seen myself be born. When I awoke I felt completely refreshed and relaxed.

sacred plant. very usefull in self-rooting process. Stimulating but not psicoactive effects (just a few but it could be unperceptable) Very usefull in high study times too. Focus and energy. I recommend it
