Scalpel
One of the most essential accessories when working with fungi is a scalpel, preferably a sterile one like this. You can use it to cut out live tissue from a fruit-body or to scrape spores from the foil. As with all potentially dangerous tools, keep out of reach of minors and pets.

Expensive and create a lot of waste
The scalpel works, although it easily melts when flame sterilize it as it is made of plastic.
I would recommend to get a proper one made of metal and a pack of sterile blades, it will create less waste and be much more economical in the long turn
