Scientists believe passionflower works by increasing levels of gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain. GABA lowers the activity of some brain cells, making you feel more relaxed.
PASSIONFLOWER DOSAGE
Used as a tea, 0.3-0.5 grams in a day is a standard dosage. For the more hallucinogenic effect, let 3-4 grams of Passionflower steep in hot water for about 30 minutes.
PASSIONFLOWER ACTIVE COMPOUNDS
Researchers have been unable to identify the herb's active compounds. Attention has focused on flavonoids (medicinal passionflower contains up to 2.5% of these chemicals); maltol; and harmala alkaloids such as harman, harmine, harmaline, and harmalol. It’s probable that it’s the synergy between several chemicals in passionflower that is responsible for its effects.

Le goût est vraiment très floral, presque fruité.
J'ai utilisé cet extrait de passiflore en infusion et ça remplace agréablement le thé. Évidemment, le prix n'est pas le même, mais de temps en temps, c'est intéressant de changer.
Côté effet, c'est très léger. À tester mélangé à d'autres produits.

J'ai l'habitude de prendre la poudre sèche de passiflore donc je connais les effets mais l'extrait est encore plus appréciable au niveau de la relaxation.

Plutôt plus efficace à fumer qu'en thé
J'ai pris ce produit de deux manières différentes, en le fumant mixé à du tabac et dans un thé. Pour la fumette, j'ai mis environ 0.2g à chaque fois. Pour le thé, 0.5 grammes. On sent l'effet en le fumant, c'est assez amusant et relaxant. En thé, j'ai une fois bien dormi, les autres fois non. J'ai même eu une fois du mal à m'endormir. Je précise que je suis un insomniaque chronique pour relativiser. Disons que ça n'est pas pour moi le produit magique pour dormir. Il m'a semblé sentir un effet relaxant en thé, mais qui reste assez subtil.

Bon pour être honnête, je ne m'attendais à rien, mais je ne suis pas forcément déçus, c'était plutôt cool à fumer ça détend plutôt bien, mais il ne faut pas s'attendre à de gros effets, les effets sont léger mais sympathique
Et pour linfusion j'avoue que j'ai pris la dose recommandé pour avec un "trip" bah franchement décevant mais bon il fallait bien tester
