Commentaire très personnel. En fait, je pense que chaque personne va ressentir différemment son trip. Le problème de la conservation (certaines personnes disent qu'elles ont pris la dose restée 2 mois au frigo et n'ont senti aucun effet) peux se résoudre avec la déshydratation : je coupe les scléroses en lamelles et elles sont séchées (avec un appareil spécial ou même sur un radiateur qui ne chauffe pas trop fort) et elles se conservent alors des mois dans un bocal bien fermé. En dehors du microdosing, qui peut être très intéressant, notamment en cas de stress, pour mon trip récent j'y suis allé un peu trop fort avec 1 sachet et 1/2 en réhydratation dans jus de citron. Le problème : nausée (j'ais passé mon trip debout et beaucoup en extérieur pour éviter que la nausée prenne le dessus) et problèmes digestifs après. Je cherche plus à résoudre des questions personnelles que les effets. Mais certes, ça pourra être très intéressant en duo ou en trio pour le fun! Déjà seul, ça peut être un peu fun, mais c'est surtout introspectif. Et sur ce point je suppose que c'est un vécu différent selon chacun et selon le moment. On entend pas mal parler de la psylo pour les thérapies mais effectivement, l'accompagnement doit y jouer un rôle important. Personnellement, ce que je peux ressentir et comprendre dans le trip , il faut un certain effort pour un garder quelque chose par la suite, alors que dans l'échange avec potes ou thérapeute, ça devrait être bien plus porteur. J'en retiens le microdosing voir peut-être que j'essaierai le "moyendosing".

I ate the whole packet (15g) making sure to chew a while so that the juices absorbed into my mouth then waited around an hour. The trip is lovely with very very mild visuals but a great euphoric feeling and philosophical / meaningful thoughts that lasts around 2 hours. I didn't ( and never have ) had any side effects while or after taking truffles like stomach pains or decrease in general mood and even noticed a pretty remarkable positive feeling that lasted around a week afterwards ( as if I was microdosing ). Don't worry, you get used to the taste, you even start to like it.

Foram a primeira estirpe de trufas que experimentei após quase 15 anos sem usar psicadélicos. Apenas 7,5g e 40min de espera foi uma trip linda. Bastante conexão com o mundo e natureza. Após o pico bastantes insights e introspecção valiosa.

Muy visual, cuentan historias y enseñas los mundos. Puedes hacer preguntas y recibes respuestas como películas. Es como 3D gráfica top, pero mucho mejor. También influyen a la sensibilidad general del cuerpo, puedes sentir tu cuerpo, los fallos y repararlos. Mucho para investigar.
