So, without further ado, here is how to make your very own cannabis no-bake energy balls!

Note: this recipe requires the use of cannabis infused oil. Learn how to make your own here.

(makes 24 balls)

1 cup of rolled oats

½ cup of peanut butter (or any nut butter)

½ cup of flax seed (and/or any others seeds you may want)

1/3 cup of honey (or maple syrup for vegans)

24 doses of cannabis oil (one for each ball) – how much will depend on how strong your oil is

1 tbsp. of chia seeds

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Optional: anything else you may want! Such as chocolate chips, coconut shavings, nuts, or dried fruit.

1. Super simple! Combine everything in a mixing bowl until you reach an even distribution of ingredients.

2. Using your hands, mould the resulting mix into 24 evenly sized balls and place them on a baking tray with a silicone baking sheet.

3. Place the tray in the freezer for 1 hour to allow the balls to set.

It is that easy! You can now take out the ones you want to eat and allow them to reach room temperature, and leave the rest for a later date! Remember, cannabis edibles can take 45-90 minutes to take effect, so enjoy responsibly. These healthy energy balls will not only give you a pleasant buzz, but they will also provide your body with a healthy dose of nutrition – it’s a win-win situation!
