L-Tryptophan/B6
Tryptophan ist eine Aminosäure und unentbehrlich in der menschlichen Ernährung (bedeutet es kann nicht vom Körper hergestellt werden, sondern muß mit der Nahrung aufgenommen werden). Abgesehen davon, daß es ein Baustein in der Proteinsynthese ist, funktioniert Tryptophan als biochemische Vorstufe für den Neurotransmitter Serotonin und Niacin (Vitamin B3).
Tryptophan hilft bei der Aufrechterhaltung emotionaler Stabilität, reduziert den Appetit und fördert einen erholsamen Schlaf.

L-TRYPTOPHAN DOSIERUNG
Nimm eine Kapsel 30 Minuten vor oder 2 Stunden nach dem Essen, mit Wasser oder Fruchtsaft (nicht mit Milch oder anderen Flüssigkeiten die Protein enthalten).

Si quelqu'an d'autre se pose la question : ce sont des capsules contenant 1 gramme (1000mg) de L-tryptophane ! (Plus 20mg de B6 et 10mg de B3), et le flacon en contient 90, du coup c'est un prix assez imbattable; ce qu'on trouve ailleurs c'est généralement des flacons de 60 capsules de 200 à 500 mg.
