  1. All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price advertised on this Website at the time the order is placed, subject to the Terms of Use and this Terms of Sale and Refund Policy along with any promotions or discounts that may be applicable. The price charged will be clearly stated in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after the time of the increase. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your total price, and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.
  2. Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept Mastercard and Visa for all purchases. By purchasing with a credit card, you represent and warrant that: i. The credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. ii. You are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase. iii. Charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company. iv. You will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the Website at the time of your order.
  3. By agreeing to the Terms of Use you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. While our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards for dietary supplements, they are not themselves dietary supplements. Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and we make no claims as to any capacity for our products to diagnose, treat, mitigate, cure or prevent any disease. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. All products carry a thirty (30) day customer satisfaction guarantee.
  4. By agreeing to the Terms of Use you agree that any/all products purchased from this site can change in composition and or cannabinoid content after you receive the product and due solely to your care of the products. Further, we maintain chain of custody including appropriate licenses, permits, and credentials for all our suppliers and vendors, this includes, but is not limited to relevant Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for all products available on this site.  

Refund Policy

All sales made on this site are final and are not subject to any refund policy after your acceptance of the product.

You are entitled to withdraw from the contract within a period of thirty days without penalty and without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you or a third party designated by you, excluding the carrier, acquires physical possession of the product(s). To exercise your right to withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g. via a written letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but you are under no obligation to do so.

In order to meet the requirements of the 30-day cancellation period, you must send us a message with your intention to cancel your order before the period expires. You can also return the products within 30 days of receipt without prior notice. However, you must include a physical note with your return that demonstrates your wish for cancellation.

In case of a requested refund we'll make sure that the refund is processed within 5 business days. Refunds through bank will usually take between 1 to 2 business days after the refund has been processed. In case of creditcard it can take anywhere between 2 to 30 days for the amount to be returned to your credit card depending on the payment and billing cycle of your card company.

Returns

In case you decide to withdraw from the agreement then all costs made so far will be returned to you including shipping costs (excluding any additional costs due to the fact that you choose another shipping method other than the one we used) without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the day we're informed about your decision to cancel. In the event of a partial return, delivery costs will not be refunded. Reimbursement shall be carried out using the same payment method used to place the initial purchase unless specifically agreed otherwise; in any event, no charges shall be incurred by you for said reimbursement. We reserve the right to hold reimbursement until we receive the product(s) back to our warehouse, or until you provide proof that you have sent the product(s) back to us, whichever occurs first. You shall return the product(s) to us without undue delay, no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your intent to withdraw.

The deadline is met if you send back the item(s) before the period of 14 days has expired. Unless otherwise agreed, you will bear the cost of returning the product(s) to us.

You shall be solely liable for any diminished value of the product(s) that results from the handling or use of the goods further than required to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Some products (e.g. bongs, pipes, vaporizers and similar products) are excluded from the right of withdrawal when unsealed after delivery. Once the seal has been broken, said products are no longer suitable for return for health and hygiene protection reasons. Similarly, perishable goods (such as magic truffles and grow kits) can not be returned. This only applies to goods that can perish within the reflection period. However, if you are dissatisfied with a perishable product, please contact our customer service team. We're always happy to work with you to find a solution.
