Just place the mushroom in the grinder, press the lid down, and twist the upper and lower halves until you have a creamy substance, much like nut butter. Chase it down with a glass of water if necessary. Smooth sailing!

    Très pratique
    Désormais je n'utilise que ça pour mélanger la pâte avec du jus de citron. Ça passe beaucoup mieux Par contre c'est un peu fastidieux pour récupérer la pâte dans les interstices du grinder.
