Kanna: raise the spirits and boost focus
Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) has a long history of use among hunter-gatherers of South Africa. As an energising and mind-altering plant, these populations would chew on the dried plant material and swallow the alkaloid-rich saliva. Kanna is reported to raise the spirits, boost focus, and reduce worries. Although not hallucinogenic, kanna does produce somewhat of a euphoric and enjoyable effect.
KANNA DOSAGE
Use as a snuff (20mg) or chew (100mg–1 gram) with some gum.
A single pack contains 1 gram of kanna.
KANNA ACTIVE COMPOUNDS
The plant contains the alkaloid mesembrine, though the pharmacology of kanna is not fully understood.

Worth
It gives a nice stimulating effect,lifting mood immediately ,at the beginning the effect is a little strange but after 15-20 minutes it shfts to a 1-2 hour relaxing and clear mind.Alwas use small dosages 20mg is more then enough to get an effect.I don't have any negative effetcs,no physical or psychological since it is subtile.Definitely recommended quality ,wish it was a little cheaper,therfore only 4 stars
Preis/Leistung stimmt
Diese Sorte ist nicht so potent wie bspw. Kanna Extreme, aber dafür ist hier das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.
Pas convaincu
Je n'ai pas ressenti d'effet après ingestion orale, peut être que le mode de consommation n'était pas optimal. Je ne suis pas déçu car c'est une première et j'ai pris par curiosité en ne m'attendant à rien.

denn es ist viel zu grob ... auch hacken und zerreiben hat nix daran geändert ... habe es mit schnupftabak gemischt und gezogen ... fast jedesmal danach nasenbluten! Vorsicht!!!

Too small of an amount for brewing tea, as it's just 1 gram. Too fine for vaporisation, as it's literally powder. Too weak for insufflation, as it doesn't seem to do much, even after snniffing the entire gram whole at once. I guess it's okay though, as still definitely Kanna, but just too expensive for 1 gram of it very finely grinded. The extracts here are slightly more worth it. Thank you, Zamnesia, for selling it though. Great customer service.

Very nice feeling of euphoria and good mood, slight boost of energy, pleasant taste and no weird feelings afterwards. Will definitely get more!
Schnupffertiges Kanna
Da es sich hier nicht um ein Extrakt handelt kann man es sehr leicht dosieren. Hatte keine Nebenwirkungen und bin sehr zufrieden.
Wenn man Kanna nicht nasal applizieren möchte, dann sollte man sich eher geschreddertes Kanna kaufen. Das ist kostengünstiger
