During the second day, users will still experience an afterglow effect, before the third day allows their psilocybin tolerance to reset.
Repeat this routine for several weeks, or until you notice a difference in mood, productivity, or social interactions. It is advised that users take a break after 10 weeks of microdosing to limit the potential for adverse side effects, and allow their tolerance to reset fully.

Efficace
Sujet à des troubles de l’humeur avec une tendance à la dépression, on m’a prescrit des AD qui me font plus de mal que de bien, je les ai remplacé par ces micro doses sur les périodes compliquées et c’est vraiment efficace, je me sens bien et pas complètement anesthésié comme avec un AD. Je recommanderai à l’avenir.

Und ich war sehr begeistert. Der Geschmack und die Konsistenz ist doch etwas anders als bei Pilzen, aber auch ohne Zusatz von Schockolade zum bsp. sehr lecker.
Ich habe nicht nach Anleitung konsumiert, sondern klassisch ein gemütliches Setup "aufgebaut" mir 1g Trüffel genüsslich in den Mund geschoben und verzehrt.
Nach ca. 30 bis 45 min kamen Sie & die Optik + meine herrlich gute Laune und die Lachflash'es haben für sich gesprochen.
Der Versand war flott & diskret, sowie als auch die Verpackung i.o war/ ist.

Hice el protocolo de 10 semanas y mejoro mi rutina, animo, energía y productividad, pero lo mejor es la presencia que te trae, mas sensibilidad, observación. Recomiendo combinar con alguna practica meditativa, verdaderamente funciona. Mucha presencia.

Le principal conseil que je donnerais est de parler à des gens de confiances durant les jours qui suivent, garder ce que l'on ressent pour soi serait négatif.

Packaging looks good and is simple enough to use.
Note: the product loses its potency a little after a month. This is a little annoying since I always end up buying three packs to get the free shipping...
